Running poorly

Not a long story but, not running so good could not make it around the block. To me it looked as it was not getting gas to the carb. I got a new filter and not much change, so I was going to drain the carbs bolds got one to drain and the other 3 screw felt if they may step if i keep goin.

Now I tried the carb tune and if the uploads this is what I got. If you can not see it no action on the carbtune. Update it runs but not good, on the carbtune i get it synced somewhat on the lower scale,but all the bars are close. First gear is fine goes down from there, I am running seafoam in it now in hope of cleaning the carbs,maybe a tank or three.
