Venturous Randy Posted March 19, 2020 #1 Posted March 19, 2020 The going rate for oil is below $23 a barrel, the lowest in 18 years. In looking at gasbuddy.com, reg gas is down to $1.33 south of Evansville, IN. Locally, here in NE TN, we seem to be dropping slower than most places. We are still running about $2 a gallon. Other that Asheville, NC, which is always higher, most of NC is lower than we are. Dropping down into SC is even lower. What gas prices are you seeing? Randy
N3FOL Posted March 19, 2020 #2 Posted March 19, 2020 I just filled up the bike yesterday and I paid $2.74 for Premium in Maryland.
luvmy40 Posted March 19, 2020 #3 Posted March 19, 2020 I paid $1.79/gal last week. I see prices from $1.79-$2.00/gal in the NE Ohio area. The Cincinnati are was slightly higher a few days ago
bpate4home Posted March 19, 2020 #4 Posted March 19, 2020 (edited) Katy Texas regular $1.65 - $1.75, Premium $2.15 - $2.70. A few days ago I paid 2.60ish for Premium where yesterday I paid $2.40ish. Edited March 19, 2020 by bpate4home
jfman Posted March 19, 2020 #6 Posted March 19, 2020 I paid 89cents a liter in Québec two days ago. 3 weeks ago the same station was at 1,10$
BratmanXj Posted March 19, 2020 #7 Posted March 19, 2020 Just over the Indiana boarder from Chicago its been steadily dropping the last 2 weeks. I paid $1.79 last night to fill up the car with regular, if you're a club member Costco & Sams are just under $1.50.
SpencerPJ Posted March 19, 2020 #8 Posted March 19, 2020 And rest assured, it will be the next toilet paper shortage. Nothing but a pissing match between Russia and the Saudies.
RandyR Posted March 19, 2020 #9 Posted March 19, 2020 Nice and warm today, so I took a 2 hour ride. Prices from a low of $1.79 up to 2.49
Heimdog Posted March 20, 2020 #10 Posted March 20, 2020 I saw $1.65 yesterday (Mar 19) in Madison, WI area. A little higher in the city, lower in the "burbs." I want to fill up my car's tank but I haven't been anywhere but to work and back. In a week I'm still 7/8 full. Ya, it's about a 7 mile commute for me, most of it highway.
Venturous Randy Posted March 21, 2020 Author #11 Posted March 21, 2020 Gasbuddy.com is showing gas down to .99 cents down in South Caroline. Areas around Evansville, IN are down to $1.14 a gallon. Oil prices are less that $20. But, not going anywhere, so it don't matter much. Randy
