I don't understand the problem, if someone's connection is slow, it is most likely their internet service being slow. When my kid is playing his W.O.W. game, it takes up a lot and if we are on at the same time, of course it will be slow. Sometimes it's just Mike on or just me and it's slow, but it's with all sites. It's not this site as far as I can tell. You take the test and it tests your system to your ISP's (internet service provider) server, at least thats what I understand. As far as I can tell, if it is slow here, (on my computer) all other sites are just as slow. It all depends on how much activity is on that ISP server at the time. Hughes Net is VERY busy during 6pm-10pm, (and SLOW), then it gets much faster. People get off work and log on, bogging down the server. I may be wrong, but it is just my guess that it's not this site.

Thanks Don for all you do. :bighug:

Actually all the test does is measure the connection speed from the user (you) to the internet. This way if someone is having a problem and they are showin a high number as in the pic you posted then it points to the site and not the user. If on the other hand the numbers are low then it point to the users connection to the internet. Upstream speeds will generally be much lower as the normal users bandwidth is throttled for outbound traffic.
