Brake Pad Posted May 13, 2008 #3 Posted May 13, 2008 Sawgrass expressway, got shut down, for 4 hours yesterday, for fires along the roadway. Took 2.5 hours to do an hour drive home.
Thom Posted May 14, 2008 #4 Posted May 14, 2008 i 95 has been closed most of the time for the last 2 days , it took me 3 hours to get home today , 9 miles , a house burned down 3 houses down from the shop and fd had our road closed , luckily nobody was living in the house , the power lines blowing up ageist the house started the fire , this is the fire season . we only have 3 seasons here - tourist season , fire season , hurricane season . Hope they hang em. There's no excuse for doing something like this. People lost their homes, thankfully nobody lost their lives. Margaret

MikeM8560 Posted May 15, 2008 #11 Posted May 15, 2008 We had a small brush fire the other day near me on the west coast on Charlotte harbor. today the smoke rolled in from the east and its been awfull. burning eyes.went for a short ride tonight, cut it short it was so stinky. Now bring on hurricane season
