Guest Bud Posted February 14, 2007 #1 Posted February 14, 2007 Am I the only one that has a rear shock on the oil side go out on my 2001 RSV??
Freebird Posted February 14, 2007 #2 Posted February 14, 2007 No you are not....you are one of MANY. Hope that makes you feel better. Warranty should cover it.
Vance Posted February 15, 2007 #3 Posted February 15, 2007 Do they cover the rear shock beyond the 5 year period?
Rocket Posted February 15, 2007 #4 Posted February 15, 2007 Do they cover the rear shock beyond the 5 year period? I don't think so, but others will have more knowledge on this.
Tartan Terror Posted February 15, 2007 #5 Posted February 15, 2007 If they dont cover it take a look at the Works shock. I just had mine replaced under warrenty over the summer but if you do have to pay for it get the Works shock. Fully rebuildable at a fraction of the cost. Check out the tech library. Lots in there including a disection of the shock so you can see whats inside
