Most of the indoor parking lots have valet and are secure. Expensive but secure.

When I was there we parked in the Hotel's Parking Garage... Bike and Trailer and had no problems... This was in the French Quarter around the corner from Bourbon St.

Yeah...down in the 9th ward! Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton are there doing security duty! Also, I understand that Mayor Nagin has guaranteed no crime in his chocolate city! (Could that be because all of his previous criminal element is still in Houston?)
