muffinman Posted May 9, 2008 #1 Posted May 9, 2008 During the ride to the last Va meet and eat I found out that my microphone died.Well after thinking about it for more than a week I emailed J&M this I have a HS8154 headset that is 2 years old and the Mic stopped working I already checked the pins and tried a different cable and it is still out.The speakers work fine what I would like to know is do you have any suggestions as to what I can do so far as troubleshooting the Mic itself? Thanks Jeff And this was the reply from them Jeff ,,,,,, I am sorry that you have had problems ,,,,,, Please send the headset to my attention at the address below ,,, we will take care of it for you ,,,,,, Best regards ,,,,,,, Mini mailed the broken headset off for me last monday and we recieved My headset back today repaired and good as new at no cost. I think that this is very nice of them to replace defective parts 2 years out of the box. As far as I am concened they have excelent customer service. Jeff
