This can only be good news, someone finally saw what the domestic big twin had to become. I cant wait for more info to come out.

I find it interesting that Indian survives and Victory dies, with Indian feeding off the tech developed for/by Victory.

Sales matter - and Indian was outselling Victory. Polaris is going to grab anything they can from any of their lines to make money. I hate the fact that if you want the Indian look, i.e. the traditional front fender that encompasses the wheel, you now have to pay extra on a large chunk of the models. But even if I built it the way I wanted it - I'd choose the SVTC again, hands down.

i feel like that Polaris left Victory to die on the vine once they acquired Indian. It seemed like they just rehashed the same bikes and the octane was too little too late.

they could have shifted the focus of Victory to other forms of motorcycles and let indian be the cruiser/ retro company
