Interchangeable Parts List

Do we have a list that shows all parts that interchange? That way i could look at list and see what fits i.e. look up model (mkII 1990) brake calipers r1 to yr, r6 to yr, fz1, fz6, road star to 05 etc. If we don't we should have. Especially since people are getting old and taking their knowledge with them when they leave. This thread is two parts. 2nd, can I use a genII flywheel and stator on a 90 and newer mkII? I know I need 76th idler gear from genII to go with sprag clutch but most concerned with timing. Thanks
