I don't know from that shot who it is but there is quite a few RSV riders in the Virginia chapters of SCRC that go to Rolling Thunder each year.

There were a lot of RSVs at RT in the past. I would ride up with twenty or more from NC, members of Star Touring and Riding, Christian Bikers Association. But most of have aged out and can't do it anymore. I have seventeen attendance metals from Rolling Thunder and I was always a VIP escort for Blue Star Mothers.
