Guest cajunrsver Posted May 3, 2008 #1 Posted May 3, 2008 Well I was able to get to it earlier than I thought, attached are photos of Erich just prior to leaving my home with his new ride.
DragonRider Posted May 3, 2008 #2 Posted May 3, 2008 Did you give him a free paid lifetime membership to VR!??
rumn1 Posted May 3, 2008 #3 Posted May 3, 2008 Eric is here as FutureVentures. He is posting his ride home, though I have not seen any thing new for today, so not sure if he is still stuck in storms.
Dano Posted May 3, 2008 #4 Posted May 3, 2008 1 lucky guy, that's a beautiful ride!!! BTW, battery might be dead on the blackberry, too. Dan
Guest cajunrsver Posted May 4, 2008 #5 Posted May 4, 2008 Did you give him a free paid lifetime membership to VR!?? I think he already has one. That's how he found my bike.
Squidley Posted May 4, 2008 #6 Posted May 4, 2008 Thanks for the pics Roy, His posts can hardly contain his enthusiasm. I'm sure he'll get wet a bit, but you can't claim to be a biker if you haven't ridden in the rain

I'm sure he'll get wet a bit, but you can't claim to be a biker if you haven't ridden in the rain I think you're right. It's kind of scary buying something sight unseen, flying six hours to get here and then riding 20+ hours back home on it. I think he was really pleased with the bike. I wish he would have been able to get in earlier, would have treated him to some good old cajun boiled crawfish but he had to settle for pizza.

MMMMM Crawfish....I'll tell you, when we were down in Boglusa at Kbrans this past christmas, Beth made us some good ole Cajun food....this fat guy was in heaven!!!!
86er Posted May 5, 2008 #9 Posted May 5, 2008 That is one pretty bike. I can see why the Squidman wants a millennium! If I were ever to jump ship, slow down and buy a second gen, it would be that bike!
Yammer Dan Posted May 5, 2008 #10 Posted May 5, 2008 Yeah, what Todd said. That is a good looking scoot.
