M61A1MECH Posted February 17, 2019 #1 Posted February 17, 2019 After being retired for less than a year , an old friend called asking me if I could help him out for a while as he searched for a new employee, well that was 6 weeks ago and he has had no luck finding a viable candidate. uncledj Posted February 17, 2019 #2 Posted February 17, 2019 Really tough to find people right now. We're talking about hiring 3 qualified mechanics in Western OH area, and the local Union Hall has no one to give us. 70K+ job with great retirement / health benefits, and it's next to impossible to find anything but entry level people.

Same here in Mìchigan, finding qualified electricians is near impossible, as are good finish carpenters . Sent from my SM-N920V using Tapatalk
