Starting Problem

Saw this on another forum. No one can figure out the problem. I am stumped too!

Definitely a carburetor related issue. As in, there ain't no carbs...

Could be,,, yep could be,,, but often enough the intake can be plugged, although sometimes it's the ignitor. The pull start seems to be working and in a few minutes the ignitor may kick in as well by the look of things. So it could be the carbs. Or on second thought it could be the operation of the operator and getting a different gender to work the operation might just do the trick.
