Richb Posted May 2, 2008 #1 Posted May 2, 2008 I'm picking up an 04 RSV and I want to put passing lights up front. I also want the "Harley tail light mod" in back that I have seen posted here here. ex..http://www.venturerider.org/forum/showthread.php?t=3768 Can anyone reccomend a dealer or mechanic in the area Aurora Illinois who can do that? I know any dealer can do the factory lights, but some guys might not want to do the Harley Lights. Also, can anyone reccomend some specific brand / model of REALLY bright bulbs to use? I really want to see and be seen at night. Thanks
Freebird Posted May 2, 2008 #2 Posted May 2, 2008 I can't really tell you a good place to buy the Harley lights. I bought mine so long ago that I don't even remember where I got them but I think I paid about $140.00 for them. Since then it seems that they have been in the $160.00 range. They do show up on Ebay from time to time so I would recommend that you do a search there. Installation is very simple. We can easily guide you through it if you want to do it yourself. Only takes a few minutes.

I'm just up the road from you in Hebron. If you want to wait till we get a nice Saturday or Sunday I would be glad to run down and help install the new lights. I'm sure we can bribe Dan to come over and help also. Just let me know, Jerry
