I am looking in my manual and online for spark plug wires/caps. In talking to the dealer ( Uh oh, bad word) they are telling me that the wires, caps and coils are one piece. But, it looks to me that they are two distinct parts. Am I right, and the dealer is trying to rip me off? And If they are two separate parts, how do they connect?

I'm not convinced that I need to replace the coil at all. I think I just need to replace the spark plug caps. Last year when I changed the spark plugs, the caps looked pretty used up. But I can't find anyone who can give me a straight answer, does it all come in one piece or is it two separate parts. All I need are the caps.

You can change the caps. The parts micro fische at http://www.dgy.com shows that the coils and wires are one piece but list the caps as separate items. If your dealer is selling you that the caps are part of the coil assembly, then they are wrong.

This is the info that they show:

Plug cap Assembly Part Number 4NK-82370-00-00 $24.37
