Wow that is some good planing, ours will be day by day. Not much planing. But certainly many different drinks available to go with the meal and after the meal. Heck even some drinks before the meal. I think there is a bit of a theme, I can't figure it out but I think its something about the meal.

Well Seems to me the last time a Scotsman and Dutchman got together they Squabbled over the one penny change. they tugged so hard back and forth that the penny turned into copper wire. Now I is far to young to remember the incident but I am pretty sure that,s how it was. Now Marcarl is plenty old enough to remember. Its possible he may even be the Dutchman involved.

This could actually work. Over to Grez007 for Lunch. followed by a nice ride to Rock point for Dinner then a after dinner ride to Sand Hill Park for drinks

I was thinking about attending this M&G, have never been to one before, would be nice to meet some of the peeps that are posting on the forum, and being only 2 hours away I was still undecided, but free ice cream, I am sure someone said free ice cream...that might clinch it.

First time I've logged into the forum for a while and glad to see this post. 11th hour RSVP, but having missed the last few Ontario gatherings, I can make this one. It will be good to see the group.

Hey Scifiman and herb1, you are welcome if you want to ride together to go to Grez007 place. I am planning on going the 401/403 route, leaving at 9 am from 401/Mcowan. in Scarboro. Not sure where Mt Albert is, but am on way for Dave (scifiman). Hope you guys see this post...kind of last min thing...but otherwise, see you guys at the destination.

Well this year's meet has come to an end. We were blessed with a beautiful warm(ok really warm) day, lots of good people, good food and good conversation. Got to see a couple folks we hadn't seen in a while and meet a member we had never met before(poor guy,now he's part of the family this gathering was a great success in my books!! Hope everyone got home safe, hope to see you all again sooner than later

Great day. Thanks Paul and Mary for hosting this. It was hot for sure but the shade from the garage was good.

Nice to meet a couple of new guys and to reminisce with the old guys.

Home and cooling off now. Thanks Paul and Mary for hosting. Glad to catch up with the group and meet a couple of new folks as well. As always a bit of "oh what's that on your bike,.... I think I need that too". It never ends. Ride safe and ride often my friends.

I met two new people today, Scifiman - Dave and Herb1 - Rob.

It was good to see all the others and too bad I had to leave early and missed the ride.

Well I actually posted this last night but some reason it did not show up, so here we go again.

 

Got to Paul and Mary,s about 12:30. Planned on getting there early but Fri night my exahaust broke on the way home from work so I spent the morning fixing it. So on that note I am sorry I missed you Dogman and Bernie if she was with you.

 

I did however in true Bennink family ancestral tradition show up intime for FOOD. And good food it was too well seasoned with the addition of old and new friends. I was happy to see as well, when I got there that the Ladys did not give all my share of hugs away to Marcarl, that boy gets greedy some times.

 

A big thanks to Paul and Mary for there hospitality and work in setting this up again and looking forward to next year.

 

After leaving I headed south to Rock Point were Marca and Carl were camping were I enjoyed another fine meal (who would have thought chicken sausages could be so good. They were from Carl's fine meats so if you don't like or think you don't like chicken sausages yo got to try these, oh yeh they were good.

 

After dinner a short walk in Carl's P/U truck to Marca's brothers camp site for fireside relaxation and finally back on the bike arriving at home around 11:30 PM in fine shape.

 

Sorry I did not make out to your site Dogman for after dinner drinks but I guess even a Dutchman can only handle so much freebees. I'll have to work on that.

 

Well I little long winded I know but since I did hardly any talking all day long I guess I needed to make up for it.

 

Once again thanks Paul and Mary for another successful gathering and Thanks Marca you too Carl for a the campsite hospitality and great meal.
