uhfradarwill Posted August 30, 2018 #1 Posted August 30, 2018 I was wondering if in on these screws makes the mix richer. I gather that they control air? And if I do then in would restrict the air more making the mix more rich? Do I have that correct or am I way off? Thanks
MiCarl Posted August 30, 2018 #2 Posted August 30, 2018 Not exactly the same as a fuel screw but behaves the same. Out = richer.

Prairiehammer Posted August 31, 2018 #4 Posted August 31, 2018 Thanks MiCarl. I've seen a nice carb "flow" diagram here before, but I guess I'm not good at searching as I can't find it again!! Perhaps this the one? Yes, the pilot screws are turned out to richen.
