Pilot screw adjustment question

I was wondering if in on these screws makes the mix richer.

I gather that they control air? And if I do then in would restrict the air more making the mix more rich?

Do I have that correct or am I way off?

Not exactly the same as a fuel screw but behaves the same. Out = richer.

Perhaps this the one? Yes, the pilot screws are turned out to richen.
