What is the difference in these part numbers? is it the "Yamaha Black" (paint?) or what?

26H-21190-03-33 How come the number "26H-21190-02- l doesn't have a digit at the end?

I'm thinking the difference has some thing to do with what ever "Yamaha Black" is.
