Now THERE is one awesome riding team = right down on the frame/floorboards in the twisties of The Dragon and even the passenger is as relaxed as she would be sitting home in a chair watchin a movie =

Well I'm glad it worked out for you. Especially as close to the centerline as you were in that one spot. I have rode it a couple times. But this pic is what I remember from my last time up there. First corner heading north from Deals Gap. Pic is not me, but same situation. NO room for error.

We've been riding together for 30 years... She's a trooper. But she did ask me to slow down on the ride back thru.. 🤪

I got hit sitting at a red light minding my own business... Crap happens. Not saying you're wrong, but you can do everything right and still get the wrong end of the deal.
