Something rarely, or ever mentioned is the position the Insurer would take, IF you had an accident, AND it was firmly established that you were 'Lane Splitting'?

 

Anybody seen, or experienced that scenario? Don't think they'd be amused; OR willing to pay up.

Speeding recklessly, aggressively passing, disregard for the traffic laws; may result in a collision, not an accident. The at fault insurance provider is required to pay out, up to the the limits of the liability coverage.
