No, but if you would like to have a really nice garage floor, I'd suggest getting a professionally done epoxy coating. We had that done at our previous house and it was great. The garage floor had decades of crap on it but after they got done, the coating was strong and smooth, with a little texture so it wasn't slippery. We moved to a new, smaller house and the garage floor is standard concrete. In the cold months it gets the white "growths" of stuff wherever that water from cars sits. Pretty gross. When the crap is dry, I have to sweep it up and toss it into the trash. The epoxy floor was much better.

NOPE

1. that is a very thick coating formulated for concrete.

2. Most garages have a roof and 4 walls so it gets very little direct sunlight so it does not need much UV stabilizers. It will likely fade on a bike.

3. It is not made to go on smooth and glossy, smooth and glossy is bad for a garage floor, makes it very slippery and dangerous. I do not think it would look good on a bike.

4. it only has a 2 star rating from those that have used it.

On the other hand, it should make for a very durable scratch resistant finish, IF it will stick to the bike.

I was thinking along those same lines also that it would cover a multitude of sins. And stick very well without a lot of serious prep

Bed liner material would probably work better

(No, you bunch of old man lop-eared varmints, I do not mean bed liners like the plastic matress protection sheets you're having to use as you get older)

plasti dip is pretty popular. I painted a helmet with it and it dont look to bad. It does have sort of a stippled or bumpy look though.

Yes here is a link to home depot for it. It comes in all sorts of colors. I painted a half helmet Hi Viz yellow a few years back. Other than where I am always handling it to take on or off it looks decent. If you dont like it you can peel it off. It has not been as easy as on the you tube videos for me.

When I bought my used 2008 GW Trike, the previous owner had painted the fenders and also the bottom front below the engine with the "as seen on TV" rubber spray the guy uses on his boat and stuff.

It looked okay but did not winter well when teens set in on South Carolina.

I went to a paint shop and he suggested I sand it and paint it over with Rustoleum Pickup Truck Bed Liner kit. A quart of the stuff and the 3" roller & pan. It did pretty good and is more durable than what he did.

(He had the 3M clear fender wide stick on stuff, which did not work well with rocks,,, thus he tried to paint over.)

This is it on my ramps for an oil change.
