Sylvester Posted May 29, 2018 #26 Posted May 29, 2018 Got my second coyote tonight in the rain. Used the 7.62x39 AK for the job. Spine shot and again dropped like a bad habit. Maybe that will get them out of the hood. If not I have 1000's more loads.
snyper316 Posted May 29, 2018 #27 Posted May 29, 2018 OMG dont kill Bambi I think I need to start a new Poll on who wants to save Bambi, Maybe we can get Flower to help keep you all away.
Flyinfool Posted May 30, 2018 #28 Posted May 30, 2018 I have some good medicine for flower. Just a little pill taken at around 1000 FPS.
slowrollwv Posted May 30, 2018 #29 Posted May 30, 2018 The heck with Bambi, I want Dancer, Prancer, Vixen or Blitson.
Flyinfool Posted May 30, 2018 #30 Posted May 30, 2018 I might take you up on that. I can't do the farmers market thing because I'm trying to beat out Flyinfool for the most impressive tomato garden. Bambi KNOWS better than to mess with my maters. Remember last year I was a cripple and could not mess with the garden. this year I am in much better shape so far.
Air Ready Auto Posted July 23, 2018 Author #31 Posted July 23, 2018 Well, despite installing some heavy duty chicken wire fencing, Bambi has utterly decimated my tomatoes and my bean plants are completely gone. All of my pepper plants have gone largely untouched until yesterday. Apparently one of our local four-legged furry dinner's waiting to happen has developed a taste for jalapenos. I have decided to call this year a loss and will attempt again next year. I've got a line on some old dog run fencing from a buddy of mine and I will be installing that next year. And who knows, in a couple months I might get the four-legged critter that's been eating up my garden. At least I know it will be well fed...

I have a nice hi-power 'puff of air' for possums. Don't know what they are like in the USA, but they get cat sized over here
RedRider Posted July 23, 2018 #33 Posted July 23, 2018 Are you sure it isn't Thumper instead of Bambi? We had to put tight chicken wire for the bottom 2 feet to keep the rabbits out. Regular fencing above that. RR
