bjstone193 Posted May 8, 2018 #1 Posted May 8, 2018 New to forum, happy to be a part. I searched wheel removal for my rstd, but all that came up was the venture and I don't think they're the same. Getting ready to have tire replaced, and trying to save myself some money by removing my wheels.
Freebird Posted May 8, 2018 #2 Posted May 8, 2018 Should be exactly the same. Do you question any particular step?
cowpuc Posted May 10, 2018 #3 Posted May 10, 2018 Might wanna pay attention to or even take pics of any spacer locations between the caliper mount and the wheel just for reference when putting it back together. Also, there maybe removeable spacers on the outside edge of the hub both external where the hub meets the caliper and internal where the hub mates with the drive that you will want to remove before taking it in to have the tire swapped IMHO..

Which color 08 do you have.

Pegasus1300 Posted May 11, 2018 #6 Posted May 11, 2018 Mine was the Blue also and also bought it new.Unfortunately wrecked it in 2011.
bjstone193 Posted May 27, 2018 Author #7 Posted May 27, 2018 Oh, sorry to hear that. Hopefully nobody got hurt.
RSTDdog Posted August 23, 2018 #8 Posted August 23, 2018 Now is a also good time to clean and regrease the drive splines and the drive pins where the hub goes into the wheel. Also pull final drive and check and grease splines on drive shaft.
