Not from the factory. I've seen people make a lot of mods so that it can be but it requires some work.

I've been researching and debating this as well.

I have an 83 Venture, and trunk quick on/off lock. Love it. I like the RSTD very much, but like the fairing on the Venture better than the detachable windshield on the RSTD.
