Saddlebag mounting locks

I have two locks to hold my saddlebags in place and both of them the key just spins inside of them. Is this something that can be fixed? A locksmith or Lock Company? Do I just need to find replacements? I have the original key to my 83 and would love to have them all on the same key. Any help would be great? Also, Puc, do any of your old first gen's have the clutch cover case in good condition that you'd want to sell?

I tinkered with a set til I got them unlocked when they acted like that. Don't really remember how I got them unlocked just tinkered til they unlocked. Them removed the locks took them apart cleaned and greased and put them back togather. Worked like new ones!!! A good winters day job!!
