I don't want to start another "Whining about the weather" thread, but after a week of upper 70 degree days, we are looking at 60% chance of rain and cooler from my house to Cherokee. So, I guess I will probably stay around here. This is the 4th weekend in a row for rain and cooler.

The wife and I are riding up with our Star chapter from Murphy. We will most likely ride thru Cherokee and head to the rally in Maggie Valley. $15 for one day admission. KSU in Murphy 915 am. ETA Cherokee 1030-11-Jack

Glad we got to meet up in Cherokee.Good to see "other"bikes at these rallys.We bypassed Maggie Valley on the way home due to the rain. Hope you guys stayed good and dry.We had a severe storm hit no more than two minutes after we got home.Got the bike in the garage when the boomers and rain fell.Hope your group made it home ok.

We had a few sprinkles and by the time we got back to Murphy the sun was out. Some of our group stayed overnight and are coming back today. Looks like they might get wet!-Jack
