Flyinfool Posted October 23, 2017 #1 Posted October 23, 2017 Yup that's my story and I'm sticking to it. It is all Mr @cowpuc fault. He is the one that has tasked me with finding a way to make it SNOW at 60°F. Well with all this time that I have had to sit around and do nothing but think about things, I will be doing an interim trial run tomorrow nite and see if we can get the first snow of the season even though it will sill be a little over 40°F. Yea I know that 40° is a long way from 60°, but we have to take baby steps. Someday Mr Puc will get his wish for the elusive 60° http://smileys.smilchat.net/smiley/seasons/hiver/flocon-12.gifhttp://smileys.smilchat.net/smiley/seasons/hiver/flocon-12.gifhttp://smileys.smilchat.net/smiley/seasons/hiver/deblneige.gif http://smileys.smilchat.net/smiley/seasons/hiver/boule-neig.gif http://smileys.smilchat.net/smiley/seasons/hiver/flocon-12.gif

I like snow, when I retire I plan to head even farther north into the lake Superior snow belt where it is normal to have up to 300 inches of snow per year, and even more in a good year.

And,, here my best Porter Wagner voice singing verse 3 to "High way headed south somewhere to Dixie",, ahhh,,, hummm (clearing throat): When I cross the Dixie line I'll move next door to Dan,, and I'll sing at the top of my lungs every 5 a.m. ........ You did not think I would leave it behind where mere mortals could get hold of it did ya?????????? Absolutely no way could one EVER imagine you leaving that contraption behind Fool!!!! You have wayyyyyy to much work to do in restoring all those millions and millions of cubic feet of ice and snow we lost up their during that climate warm-up thingy.... RandyR said: FF, you could make really good money renting your machine out to the ski resorts, ya know? Knowing Fool,, I highly suspect the passion and enjoyment he has and receives from White Washing his neighbors and friends has very little to do with monetary reward and very much to with pure , , , , , pleasure.. The reason I say this is a couple years ago I stopped by his White Washer shack while he was chasing White Tail Deer in upper Michigan to see if I could make some,, favorable adjustments.. When I walked into the shack and turned on the lights and when I did, I found out that he had wired a record player directly to the light switch and as soon as I flipped the switch, this song started playing = kinda gave me the willies...

Range is not the issue, did you ever try to aim a snow flake over thousands of miles? Often I miss and cowpuc is usually the beneficiary. Then there is the fallout when I try to loft it up over his house while sending some joy to the northeast. Puc even posted that vid the other day showing just how ecstatic him and Tippy were to see some flakes. As far as thinking that I am and even calling me "one sick puppy", you got to stand in line on that one buddy. Edited November 2, 2017 by Flyinfool
