baylensman Posted October 9, 2017 #1 Posted October 9, 2017 So i had an issue with some crazing in the plastic a couple years ago, F4 replaced it under warranty. The same issue again. Got a very nice young lady on the phone, she launched into production dates and stock issues and a whole lot of information, the upshot they sent a new windshield. I got it on over the weekend. While its exactly the same size as my old one, I did notice slight difference in the tinting. Very subtle but its there. Now I'm color blind in the RED/GREEN range but much more sensitive to blues than most. So i can't tell which way the tint shifted for sure. Rode to work at 5:30 a.m. and noticed the lens flares and streetlight halos are gone!! All I can say is good job F4!!! You have a customer for life.

Wing Stuff is having a 15% (free ship, no tax) sale on F4 Customs windshields so I called her Friday for tech support questions. She is really pleasant, happy and knows her stuff. I was asking her about moving the vent from my GW shield to their F4. She is actually the one who installs them. I also had a RSV F4 windshield get crazed several years ago. As it was well out of warranty by time I called them, Don sent me a replacement for half price. Great group, feels like family. (I also asked them they wanted to match price with Wing Stuff and have me order direct. The said to go ahead and order from Wing Stuff as they are a good vendor also, and I would get it just as fast.) Mike G in SC
