BBB starts today in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Is anybody here planning to attend?

 

I'm thinking about heading up that way Friday. The corporate Yamaha truck is usually there, giving test rides, but I doubt they will have the new Venture.

The plan is: Myself and my daughter are going to be heading out from Little Rock Friday at 6:30. We're gonna make it to Van Buren and spend the night. Then get up early Saturday morning and ride the hour up to Fayetteville. Spend the day raoming around seeing the sights of the rally, then about 4:00 or 5:00, head back to the Rock Town.

 

My wife can't make it this year, due to a commitment she has with her mom. so my daughter, who is a school teacher in Jonesboro, is gonna drive down and jump on the bike and go with her ol Pops. Looking forward to spending some time with my girl.

Will see if I can pull something... I have never been to this rally but had heard of it in the past maybe me and my ol lady can make it. My little one might be disappointed but got problem with interstates and youngin on bike. But just my preference. Kinda make gramma feel better... But me an ok lady need to get away for a day if possible.... If only couple hours. Let ya know more before Friday

Well I got shirt, my camera worked fine.... But stupid SD card required but got some from my phone but was on the ride down and ride back. Figured one picture @Flyinfool would want to see. I am really proud of Tinker, I also thought maybe I would not have to deal with the more road Destruction but WOWZY!!! And the 2nd Gen picture I had I thought might had been Big Lenny but it was Cherry red Only reason I knew it was Second Gen was the Retro Dash!!! Grrr I did Buy 3 Tshirts while I was down there here is the one I got myself, will include pictures from the end of Trail today when I took the Kiddos out for Ice Cream.ALL ABOARD!!! I dont know why they keep twisting on me but got to be soemthing I am doing on my end. But 43 miles to gallon is not bad at all!!!!

Don't mean to Hijack in anyways, I did not get to run into Biglenny down there partly cause life happend in the morning, But this is just the Cherry at the end of the day which ended with Ice Cream I got me Pumpkin Spice Ice Cream!! But found some toys I liked also. Well till the kids discovered it annoyed Dad:Avatars_Gee_George:

Yeap got home about 6:30 and told kids had neat place to take them, I was hoping to get them a train ride but they had Bday party there today and the train got Overheated. Maybe next time, And maybe next year you will be heading to this Rally to Puc it seemed to me to kind of remind me of Sturgis, However never been to Sturgis... but there was plenty to do it seemed, Maybe Google Maps will work better in my Favor. I usually wear my helmet, but Arkansas I guess You don't have to so I took mine off, Road like that till I got back on the Interstate, I never did see or find where the Yamaha Truck was, That is what I was most interested in. I picked up passenger and found another attraction there too which was Dixon St. Will definatly have to check it out better next year. Like I said probably camp out down there somewhere, Seen plenty of Cell Towers....
