Well I bit the bullet, might be sleeping on the couch for awhile.

Just order a 2018 Yamaha Venture TC.

This is going to be my first BRAND NEW bike.

 

The suspense is going to kill me until delivery(or the better half)

My first wife did not appreciate my showroom fresh bright red 00 Triumph Sprint ST. She was even less enchanted with my reaction when she said either the bike goes or she goes.

Note that the OP is in Canada.... per local dealer (to me) there is a limited number of '18 Ventures for Canada and expected deliveries is the Spring. Yamaha knows this year's riding season is almost at an end so deliveries will be in the Spring.

The Dealer didn't even have a demo unit yet. But I was told I should be able to pick it up late October, Fingers crossed

XV1100SE, I know Alberta has yet to take deliveries and I'm hoping to be the first. Have any arrived in Ontario yet?

With the production delay that mentioned before....I wouldn't expect them until Spring. The dealer I asked said they wouldn't bring any in until the Spring but that was before the production delay. They probably didn't want that much money tied up over the Winter sitting on the showroom floor.
