I can't get it to go right side up! I need it rotated clockwise 90°

If using Windows, go to File Explorer, locate source pic, open file (double left mouse click), and click on rotate at screen top. Then use this rotated pic.

Thanks Leo, but I'm on a Samsung tablet using android. I tried rotating the pic and saving it but it still puts it the way you see it when I apply it as an avatar
