That's pretty open ended but to begin with:

Any leaks in the hoses that connect at the forks?

Leaks around the collars where those hoses connect?

Leaks at the fork seals?

 

Then there is:

Does the compressor turn on?

Does the rear air up?

Another thought is that the air compressor only works when the ignition key is in the acc position and not the on position. Just throwing it out there in case you didnt know that..

Replaced fork seals and bought new compressor found leak in the air line from fork to fork. hope it works bought a used airline to try. is there away to plug off air to front and put good shocks on the front?

Progressive Springs. Most run with no air.

I do believe you can do that. Put Progressive springs in.

But even if you do that, why drop the air? The air system works great for different loads and riding style.

People have defeated the antidive system as well... Feeling it wasn't needed with the Progressive springs.

As mentioned, installing Progressive springs in the forks generally does not require air but even with them air is a plus. There is normally no need to be concerned about plugging off the front from the back as they are separate systems.
