Who needs Oil?:confused24:
Is that a real question?

I'd say everyone eats fat and oil is one version of it. Making informed choices about the fats one eats can significantly affect the length and quality of one's life. Other than that, oil is pretty good at removing labels from jars and gum from hair.

does this mean that poutine isn't good for us?
Eating lots of poutine would probably be a really good way to put yourself away. Course, if you had to choose, it might be way better to go out having seriously too much sex.

hmmm. so if I understand this right, if I'm planning on killing myself by overindulging in sex, that I might as well have some poutine too?

Will consuming some/more/still more scotch help alleviate any of the adverse affects, or just enable me not to care?

Unfortunately those who overindulge on poutine will not likely be able to have any sex never mind enough to put you away. You will however be in glutinous Heaven.

Overindulging in Scotch will most likely leave you thinking you had great sex when you actually didn't manage to have any at all.

Might just as well go for the poutine. At least it is guaranteed to get you there.

Fats and oils must be good for you. Just like a finely tuned race engine needs oil to survive. My grandma is now 103 years old and all her life she cooked and baked using lard, the real stuff made from real animal fat.

I would seriously like to do some experimenting on a big pile of poutine. Wisconsin Russet taters and well we are the cheese capitol of the world. I do not see anything bad with poutine, it looks like part of a healthy balanced diet to me.........

As far as death by sex, I would like to do some experimenting there too.

Some fats and some oils are good for you and many are not. Most if not all commercial deep frying is done using trans fats that are decidedly unhealthy.

Pure lard is, surprising to me at least, quite healthy although it is still very high in cholesterol.

"This rendered pig blubber is not a typical saturated animal fat. With an unusual chemical composition, pure lard contains no trans fats. And in terms of its fatty acids, it's better than butter: Lard is 60 per cent monounsaturated fat, which is associated with a decreased risk of heart disease."

Hahaha... watch your waistline.

Perhaps not so balanced. Don't miss checking out the vitamins and mineral content.

The numbers all look good to me.............

So do the pictures...............:fatsmiley:

My cholesterol is borderline dangerously low so I have to eat all the good stuff to survive.............

I decided to loos a bit of weight so I have cut back to around 4,000 cal per day.

That is a good answer to my question.
