Battery fluid level wire

I need help with the battery fluid level light. My battery level warning light is constantly on. I believe it is because of the white and red wire that is meant to go to the battery. My battery does not have a spot for it. To make the warning light go off do I need to ground that wire. Or what do I do with it.? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Never mind. I found my answer. Lol

Go to the first gen tech section it will tell you about resistors... I can't get to the link but basically u fool the computer...
