Jdafixa Posted February 24, 2017 #1 Posted February 24, 2017 Hey all, I'm sure this has been covered but I havent been on in a while. I have small hands and my clutch hand gets pretty fatigued in traffic. I'm not familiar enough with hydraulic clutches and wonder if I can adjust the stroke or something to reduce the span or the tension on the lever, or if I just have to live with it? It's not a deal breaker, but it does get pretty crampy feeling . Any advice will as always be greatly appreciated.
Flyinfool Posted February 25, 2017 #2 Posted February 25, 2017 Here is a recent thread on this issue. http://www.venturerider.org/forum/showthread.php?112819-LIttle-girl-hands-big-bad-clutch&highlight=clutch
djh3 Posted February 25, 2017 #3 Posted February 25, 2017 Hyd clutch you kinda got what you got. To change the draw (throw) you would have to change the pivot point. Or maybe a larger clutch master (diameter of bore) in conjunction with off set throw handle. My cable clutch on the Victory was really stiff. Especially right where I didnt need it to be, in that partially engaged slow traffic area. Luckily someone make a lever to put on that changes the angle on the cable pull to make it a little easier.
bongobobny Posted February 25, 2017 #4 Posted February 25, 2017 There are some wide blade aftermarket handles for the clutch and brake that I use and am happier with the feel of over the stock ones...
