So, I've notice an oil leak from my antidives. I had done a complete rebuild of my forks and brakes last winter...I'm guessing I must have just used any old metric o-rings I had laying around or maybe I just reused the old o-rings...I just don't remember....funny thing was, there was no leaks all season long (I park my bike in the same spot in my garage), but as soon as the cold weather came...BOOM...oil spot!

So, my question is....DO I NEED TO BLEED MY BRAKES IF I REPLACE THE O-RINGS? I know I'll be replacing the fork oil...with a 12wt this time!

Thanks in advance.

No, the antidive O rings are not part of the hydraulic circuit. The O rings are just a seal around the solenoid plunger and the opening into the fork tubes. The hydraulic circuit is internal to the antidive and pushes the solenoid plunger out when the brakes are applied, and a spring pulls the plunger back in when brakes are released...
