front speaker upgrade

Some out there have installed higher end speakers on their second gen Ventures. I know some have used the Kicker brand which I am most interested in for a number of reasons.... some just the name.

Can anyone give me a model number for the Kickers or any other suitable speaker.

replaced mine with polk db401..nice upgrade..

Was it a notable difference in the sound. I love my tunes when out on the road.

with a half helmet..level not more than 15 at highway speeds 100kph....13 around town..not lots of bass usually set at +2..mid +1 treb +4..might do rears this winter..bought ebay was polk.com clearance
