Flyinfool Posted October 5, 2016 #1 Posted October 5, 2016 There is a Chevy truck forum that I frequent. Today while making a long post, when I hit submit it popped up a warning to say that there have been other posts made to this thread since I started creating my reply and asked me to review what I wrote in light of these new responses. When it popped up the warning it also showed me the new posts that were added. I see it often on this site where two people are typing at the same time, it would be nice to know before the post goes up that your info is already there or may no longer apply.
Freebird Posted October 5, 2016 #2 Posted October 5, 2016 What is the other forum? I can see what software they are using and then look to see if it is possible with what I'm using.
Freebird Posted October 6, 2016 #4 Posted October 6, 2016 They are using a different software. I have a couple of ideas but they require editing of the core software here and I hate doing that because it's hard to keep up with when doing updates. I'll see what else I can come up with.
Yammer Dan Posted October 6, 2016 #5 Posted October 6, 2016 CHANGES??? AGAIN!! If it ain't the **** falling he is starting something else!!! :bang head:
Flyinfool Posted October 6, 2016 Author #6 Posted October 6, 2016 No real big deal if it is that involved. I was just hoping it was already there and you just had to check a box.
