Can't read what the bottom switch label is but it looks like it was made by Liberty and the switch goes from "normal" to ??? Looks like some kind of little speaker in the grille. Seems to have an indicator light on it, might be some kind of an alarm for something or other. Probably battery powered self contained, that's why I asked about wires...
