rear wheel needle bearing

can anyone here inform me which way the needle bearing on left side of rear wheel is installed into the rim, as the needle bearing has an oil seal built into only one end of it, so not sure if it is seal end is installed facing in or facing out, but if facing out there is also another bearing seal which presses in as final seal, all help appreciated!!

Install the needle bearing with the manufacturers marks visible to you after install

(pointed outwards ).
