snyper316 Posted September 11, 2016 Share #27 Posted September 11, 2016 The price has been lowered. I think I might buy it and put it up for sale on this site for like maybe 50 bucks. Do you know anybody that might need one? I am in shock it is so low. I have seen them go for 50!!
KIC Posted September 13, 2016 Share #28 Posted September 13, 2016 I still probably have the part you need. I just need to know EXACTLY which part it is. If somebody could circle the part that is needed, I will look through my carb part box and see if I can grab it. It just seems like there is confusion as to the exact part Gary is looking for.. Is this the actual part needed ????

garyS-NJ Posted September 13, 2016 Author Share #31 Posted September 13, 2016 Yes that's the part, thanks all, but my guy says he found it in the garage so I should be good to go. I ended up buying an e clip assortment off amazon Sent from my VS987 using Tapatalk
garyS-NJ Posted September 16, 2016 Author Share #32 Posted September 16, 2016 Aha, it fired but was pouring fuel past the rear shock every time the fuel pump spins.. I left for the day but will be back soon. Sent from my VS987 using Tapatalk
snyper316 Posted September 16, 2016 Share #33 Posted September 16, 2016 Sounds like fuel in overflow lines. Stuck float? Twist the handle and move!!!
garyS-NJ Posted September 16, 2016 Author Share #34 Posted September 16, 2016 That's the logical guess, but I had looked in the bowls and checked the floats moving and float pins free.. Someone else had the carbs apart and the bowls were clean so I didn't go further.. With the overflow hoses pulled, I observed some fuel at all four overflow tubes but not so much as I saw pouring on the floor. But then again, the line out on the pump wasn't leaking so there isn't much more. Drats! Sent from my VS987 using Tapatalk
snyper316 Posted September 17, 2016 Share #35 Posted September 17, 2016 Humm That's all that goes to my shock is overflow lines from carburetor overflow... I gotta pull my tank to get at my fuel filter but maybe a cracked fuel line from pump to CARB's but you say your also seeing gas coming out of overflow tubes. Twist the handle and move!!! garyS-NJ Posted September 17, 2016 Author Share #36 Posted September 17, 2016 It was coming out the overflows. Float pun clips were not on the floats keeping the floats off the pins..whoops Sent from my VS987 using Tapatalk
snyper316 Posted September 17, 2016 Share #37 Posted September 17, 2016 I imagine that would do it Twist the handle and move!!!
