Probably to sad and close to true. These knuckle heads in big business to me seem to go about things bass akwards at times.

Exactly how they run the health care system here where I live....

The new management team went to the engineering team to access what was happening. The engineering team determined the best course of action was to eliminate all the managers, lay off the rower, and put a radio controlled motor on the boat. The next year, the American team beat the Japanese team by 3 miles but didn't have anybody qualified to tow the boat back to the factory.
