10spd Posted August 20, 2016 #1 Posted August 20, 2016 So we went yesterday & picked my daughters bike. It's a Kawasaki Vulcan 800. It really is a nice ride. I got to ride it home because she hasn't ridden in about 3 years & was nervous. I was ok with that. I got to ride her bike[emoji3] Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G920A using Tapatalk

BG Hawks Posted August 20, 2016 #4 Posted August 20, 2016 My cousin has a 800 Vulcan and i rode it over the 4th. Nice bikes, easily handling; she should have a lot of fun!
bongobobny Posted August 20, 2016 #5 Posted August 20, 2016 Yah! I'll say the same thing, the Vulcan is a nice bike, very reliable from what I hear too!

slowrollwv Posted August 20, 2016 #7 Posted August 20, 2016 I just traded my Vulcan 900 Classic and got a V Star 1300 tour. Had the Vulcan for 6 years and not a bit of trouble.
10spd Posted August 20, 2016 Author #8 Posted August 20, 2016 I did forget to mention, it has less than 13,000 miles Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G920A using Tapatalk

The Vulcan is one of the most reliable underrated bike out there. I have a 2000 Vulcan 1500 and in the last 13 years it has left me stranded only twice. Both times thankfully real close to home. Both battery issues. I wouldn't hesitate to take this baby cross country. Your daughter should have thousands of trouble free riding!!! congrats.
10spd Posted August 23, 2016 Author #10 Posted August 23, 2016 She had it for the 1st time last night. We couldn't get the smile off her face the rest of the night. Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G920A using Tapatalk
