Mikealiasmike Posted June 25, 2016 #1 Posted June 25, 2016 Looked at the parts list sheet and cannot find the grommets (Only name I could come up with) for the key ignition cover. It's the small rubber inserts the cover screws into. http://www.cheapcycleparts.com/oemparts/a/yam/5004599cf8700209bc793ae6/cowling-2 Goes under screws 11 and 12 any help would be appreciated
djh3 Posted June 26, 2016 #2 Posted June 26, 2016 Dont recall any grommet under those bolts. Under the head of those bolts there is a flat nylon washer. Your not talking about the grommet around the key switch are you?
Mikealiasmike Posted June 26, 2016 Author #3 Posted June 26, 2016 No. Under the bezel that goes over the ignition switch there are 4 screws that retain bezel. Those screws go into these rubber grommets (Only term that comes to me) that has threads for the screws to go into .
