Another electrical issue

So I replaced my fuse block because of poor fuse contact, and dash lights going out, so now after replacing the block, soon I as I turn the key on I am getting a wine/whistle through the speakers. not sure why,

Double check all of your crimps to be sure they are good.

Also double check the grounds.

Sounds like something is working.

Try disconnecting the fuses as you listen to discover which circuit is causing the issue.
