How do I adjust up/down of passing ligjts

I a tried to use washers to bring whole ligjt bar downward-angled a bit. Didn't seem to work. My passing lights are angled up to the trees! What is the best way to bring them down?

Take the light bulb out and loosen the clamping nut in the housing. You can then adjust the targeting. Tighten back down and replace the bulb.

The bolts are hollow, DON'T OVER TORQUE! Almost impossible to find a replacement. Just sayin

Wipe those bulbs off with a good soft cloth before you turn them on or they will blow!!!

Got them about as good as I can....what a pain in the ass to adjust
