Parts needed

Hello all,

 

I am in need a of some parts for my 87 VR.

 

I need the left fairing top. I don't need the inner part just the frame, with the speaker hole and such, also the louvered vent for same.

 

I also need one louvered vent for a lower fairing.

 

While I am at it here, can I still get front turn sygnals at the Yammy dealer or am I better off asking here?

 

If anyone can help me out on this I would appreciate it.

The panel is available from flatoutmotorcycles.com for $38.00. I didn't check the louvers.

 

I have a right turn signal you can have and the left too, although it is broken. The right one had a small hole which was patched but it doesn't show so if you want them let me know. I could send a picture tonight if you want.

I have some that work, they are just chipped. If i am going to replace, it will be with some that are excellent shape.

I got the fairing top last year at the local dealer so maybe you can still get the vents also form the dealers.

All of those parts are still available through Yammy. Just picked up 5 of the 6 vents. Gotta wait for the sixth one, that one is high high high.

Thanks for telling me about Flatout. The vent is $50, I'll wait on theat and get the panel for now, I can pop the vent in later.

They have those upper cowls (the part that goes on top of fairing and holds speaker) for $33. I haven't priced the other parts as I only need the cowls.

Just about everything your looking for is available on Ebay. Not all at once, but give it some time and you'll find it.... and a lot cheaper. Just be picky about condition...
