I went ahead and purchased a set of passing lamps from eBay to go along with me new headlamp.

I found out that the back of the light needs to be modified or find a smaller hollow bolt. I went with he modification, the center rid needs to be trimmed back in order to use the stock hollow bolt:

How did you mount headlamp

I tried something that did not work. Than I found this website:http://venture.eurekaboy.com/headlightmod.htm I purchased a used headlamp off ebay and used that one to cut. I took my time did not want to rush and spent a complete weekend. The hardest part is trimming both the buckets and the back of the headlamps and passing lamps.
