Rear wheel locking up on an RSTD

I have a 2008 RSTD and have discovered if you are not careful on a hard stop it is easy to lock the rear wheel. I vaguely remembering reading somewhere that there is a type of brake pad that can lessen the chance of the rear wheel locking. Does anyone have any information on these pads?

OK, I found what you need. Rick/Butt Butler was doing this, but don't know if he is anymore.

One more thing, if you would run a CT on the rear that would help.
