Been riding for 25 years and this is by far the best bike I have ever owned! http://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20160504/cc027e6f51de3d3c92fd8cf40f9dad49.jpghttp://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20160504/3fe35b1fe5f4e825f42d9cf2c90fbec1.jpghttp://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20160504/c8ea65649d059f01f182b5ae53bc0dc6.jpghttp://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20160504/686b94412ffbd3375ab3f3a71303bef6.jpghttp://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20160504/6ea19a12d0d213880b783979bbc2a00f.jpg
BG Hawks Posted May 4, 2016 #3 Posted May 4, 2016 Nice looking ride!! As I said in an earlier post; best hidden secret in the touring world.
Freebird Posted May 4, 2016 #4 Posted May 4, 2016 Very nice and very well done. Has some nice extras on it too.
Marcarl Posted May 4, 2016 #5 Posted May 4, 2016 Best get my licks in before Puc has a chance. Sweet lookin scoot,,, now if it were a 1st gen it would be even sweeter, but the looks of yours is pretty hard to beat, better than black even.

Freebird Posted May 4, 2016 #7 Posted May 4, 2016 By the way, I love those Monster Ovals on it. May have to do some looking around.
cwhite123174 Posted May 4, 2016 Author #8 Posted May 4, 2016 Thanks guys for all the comments! The Monster Ovals sound fantastic! I couldn't be happier with the sound of those. The last 2 pictures in the daylight are the ones I had from last fall. I have done a bit more since then. Just got the Carbon_one adapter , with legs, from good Ole Mike Eykamp so now I can hopefully mess with it some more. I do have to change the rear shock soon. I noticed it's leaking around the rubber. I ordered it but am waiting for things around me to calm down. I plan to add Mike's Diamond Cut Fins soon... Hopefully. There really isn't anything I don't like about this bike. I like to get attention from all the people that drool over the Harleys.... Nothing against a Harley... But I like to steal some of that thunder and it does happen from time to time.

Ahhhh,,, a line cutter eay,,,, just remember this - he who line cuts and brags about it ends up in the back of the line with a poochy lip cause he now has to wait even longer for his turn on the merry-go-round (about the only thing I got out of kinney garten)!! WOW ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ WOW WOW WOW CW - what a GORGEOUS piece of motorcycle art work - JUST BEAUTIFUL:thumbsup::guitarist 2:!! Wasn't to long ago we had this big discussion about White Wall tires.. Sitting here over what you got going there and the thought went thru my mind that if there EVER was a scoot that a set of White Walls would REALLY look great on it would be one that is accented like yours - :scratchchin:just an opinion from a beat up ol biker who rides a beat up ol sticker covered scoot so take the White Wall tire comment with a grain of salt:big-grin-emoticon:.. WOW thats GORGEOUS C Dub,, just beautiful!! on a job VERY VERY well done!!
Freebird Posted May 4, 2016 #10 Posted May 4, 2016 I have a set of the triple diamond cut fins waiting to install when I get home. If you want to drool over some more of them, he now has a new website at http://www.thediamondcutguy.com Will be getting him to add pictures of mine once I get them installed.
cwhite123174 Posted May 4, 2016 Author #11 Posted May 4, 2016 I had been told the same thing about White walls....that they would look good on my bike. I have decided just yet.... Definitely not saying I wont when these are done. Thanks cowpuc for the nice comments!
bostonlawman2003 Posted May 4, 2016 #12 Posted May 4, 2016 Love the color!!! Very nice looking scoot. I just did my rear shock a few weeks ago, went with a Hagon and am really happy with it so far. Now if mother nature would just get back on her meds and warm it up a little bit around here I'll get to ride it. Been cold and rainy the last 4 days, predicting the same the next 5. Feels more like November than May around here. I mean the heat is still on in the house! Next upgrade for me is the SkyDoc clutch upgrade. It's sitting in an envelope on the kitchen counter at the moment. I think I know what I'm doing this weekend.
cwhite123174 Posted May 4, 2016 Author #13 Posted May 4, 2016 (edited) I have been thinking Hagon myself. My only concern is that "adjustability" factor I get with the air. I ride double up 98% of the time and I tend to load my bike down pretty heavy. I like the idea of having the power to adjust my suspension. Hagon has some adjustments I know but not like the stock shock. Right now, I can get the stock shock $100 cheaper than the shock that Hagon says I need. Still on the fence. Having the ability to rebuild the "Hagon" is a nice thing to have but I am curious as to the cost to have it shipped and rebuilt and shipped back. Hagon offers a 2 year warranty compared to the OEM 1 year warranty but again... It's the adjustability that keeps bringing me back to square 1. Edited May 4, 2016 by cwhite123174
Jcgfree Posted May 17, 2016 #14 Posted May 17, 2016 Very nice! Love that color. I put the Monster Ovals on right after I got the bike last July. Saw the YouTube video on how to put them on. Thing is when I went to install and plan the plate I was going to fabricate, I seen that I could just attach the bracket that come with the pipes and use a hose clamp and attach to saddle bag frame. Was so easy and solid install. Love the sound of them. Just recently upgraded to the Barnett Clutch Plate. What a difference. Hard to believe they used what they did. And my latest addition is LED Glow light set. I got the Advanced Million Color Set with the smart phone control box. Looks nice. I will have to take some pics and post.
XV1100SE Posted May 18, 2016 #15 Posted May 18, 2016 Really nice looking bike ! A LOT of extras ! Have to ask .... is it the lighting or are the passenger grab bars chromed?
